2. Description of Service
Service Square is a platform that connects users with independent third-party service providers. We do not employ the service providers and are not responsible for their actions or inactions. We facilitate bookings and payments, but the service contract is between you and the provider.
3. User Accounts
To use most features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payments
You agree to pay all fees for services you book. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors by the payment processor. Subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Service Square shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
